Family First, Fire Always (FFFA) Volunteer Agreement
This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between InkSpired Events (“Organizer”) and the undersigned volunteer (“Volunteer”) for participation in the Family First, Fire Always Event taking place October 31 – November 2, 2025 at the Bella House, Augusta, GA.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the expectations, responsibilities, and mutual understanding between the Organizer and Volunteer.

Required Shifts:
All Volunteers must work one assigned shift at each major event throughout the Family First, Fire Always weekend.
Major events include but are not limited to:
Monaco Masquerade Sneaker Ball
Book Event
Author Meet & Greet
Pre-Order Pickup
Dinner, Drinks & Delgatos Block Party
Moo Moos & Mimosas Brunch
Silent Auction and Special Activities
Additional set-up or breakdown assistance may also be assigned.
Volunteers agree to:
Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Carry out assigned tasks responsibly and professionally.
Follow instructions from the Organizer or designated team leads.
Wear volunteer identification (badge/shirt) while on duty.
Notify the Organizer immediately if unable to attend a scheduled shift.
3. Code of Conduct
Treat all attendees, authors, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect.
No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
No alcohol or drug use while volunteering.
4. Liability & Safety
Volunteer understands that participation is at their own risk.
Organizer will provide a safe working environment and necessary instructions.
Volunteer agrees to promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
Volunteer releases and holds harmless InkSpired Events, its staff, and partners from any liability related to volunteering, except in cases of gross negligence.
5. Confidentiality
Volunteer may be exposed to sensitive information (e.g., attendee details, financial info, author arrangements).
Volunteer agrees not to share or misuse any confidential information.
6. Termination
Organizer reserves the right to dismiss a Volunteer at any time for failure to comply with this Agreement or event rules.
7. Acknowledgment
By signing this Agreement, Volunteer acknowledges that they:
Are offering their services without expectation of wages.
Understand the responsibilities and rules outlined above.
Commit to volunteering for the Book Event, Event Set up/breakdown and at least one other assigned event at Family First, Fire Always.
Are receiving a discounted ticket ($200 instead of $325) in exchange for volunteering.
